Conveyor Maintenance Services

Over 20 years’ experience in conveyor belt maintenance and change out. Mobile service team available to conduct work at your site, or in either our Kewdale or Darwin workshops. Specialising in conveyor belt splicing, belt repairs, pulley relagging and bearing / pulley change outs cleaner replacement, electrical and Hydraulic servicing and anything else conveyor related.

Auditing Services

To compliment any maintenance and improvement processes on your site we also offer a complete auditing review process. We will ensure that your Conveyor data remains true and effective. This is a critical platform for all process and material efficiency enhancement. The esulting reports will provide an accurate backbone for all your plant maintenance to track performance, resulting in reduced maintenance costs.

Satellite Service Stations

To create further efficiencies in your downtime management in the right situation we can locate a storage container for belt servicing tools and equipment. Allowing us to provide the best response capability, when it counts as well servicing other clients operating within the same region. This results in additional savings by spreading constant logistic costs.
